Our preschool classes offer a terrific learning experience and prepare children to go into Kindergarten both socially and academically. Each class has different "centers" throughout the day where they have story time, perform drama such as plays and puppet shows, study classical music and different musical instruments, learn nursery rhymes and poems, and work on numbers, colors, and the alphabet in English, Spanish, French, and Japanese. Our Pre-K teachers are required to have at least three art projects and one painting per week. The children study a new famous artist and painting each week, then do their own painting. Each Pre-K class has a computer where the children can play learning games, giving them hands-on computer experience as well as reinforcing academic skills. Once a month we have Science Class and even make science experiments to take home. Parents receive a form every Friday detailing that weeks activities.
